Shipping policy
Items are shipped within 3-5 business days after the order has been placed and you will receive an email with the tracking number once your item has shipped. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. We currently ship to the US only. Please note that shipping times may vary around holidays or sales. Our preferred carrier is USPS. We are not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect postal address provided or deemed undeliverable due to a wrong or incomplete address. Once the package has left our warehouse, has been received by the post office and a tracking number has been assigned, we are no longer liable for lost packages. If your shipment shows a confirmed delivery from the USPS, we are not liable/responsible for sending a replacement package. Please contact your local post office to open a case regarding the whereabouts of your package. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by carrier, or undeliverable addresses. Please note that we observe National Holidays and the Postal Service does not ship or deliver on these days.
Local Pickup
We do offer local pickup in Compton/South Los Angeles in a limited capacity. You will receive an email/text when your order is ready. The email/text will include the meet-up location and instructions.
Summer Shipping
Kiroma Naturals may discontinue shipping products such as body butter during hot months. As a precaution, all packages that contain products that can melt will ONLY be shipped on a day that ensures the shortest travel time to you. If your location renders you 2 days priority mail from Los Angeles, we will not ship any later than Wednesday so that you receive your package by Friday. This is to ensure that your package is not sitting in a hot warehouse through the weekend and risk the chance of melting. Please track the delivery of your package to ensure it is not left out sitting in a hot mailbox or in the heat after delivery as it may melt.
If your product does melt - you can pop it into the refrigerator for a few minutes then give it a quick stir. Melting does NOT affect the quality, vitamins, or nourishment of your product.
